Does it count the end date?
By default, no. Enable the include end date option for an inclusive count, which adds one day.
Why use UTC math?
Daylight saving transitions make some calendar days 23 or 25 hours long. UTC-based calculation counts calendar days correctly regardless.
Can I compare past dates?
Yes. Any two dates work, past or future, in either order.
How are months calculated?
Calendar months between the dates, adjusted when the end day is earlier in the month than the start day.
