Frequently Asked Questions
Which keyboard keys work?
Digits, +, -, *, /, parentheses, decimal point and % all work. Enter evaluates, Backspace deletes a digit and Escape clears everything.
How do percentages work?
The % key divides the current value by 100, so write percentage problems as full expressions, e.g. 50 + 50*10% for adding 10% to 50.
Is there a calculation history?
Yes — every time you press equals, the expression and answer are added to the history panel under the keypad.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, all calculations run locally in your browser with no internet connection needed.
